The buildings at Sarona Park are historical structures from the Templar colony period. As part of their conservation efforts, they have been restored to their original appearance from that period. These buildings are exempt from the accessibility adjustments prescribed by the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, due to conservation and engineering considerations.

Public restrooms, including accessible restrooms, are available in Building 309 (located at 16 Avraham Albert Mandler Street). The building is owned and maintained by the Tel Aviv Municipality.
